You acknowledge that that any transaction made via this Club Shop is between you and the club. You hereby indemnify and hold harmless Club Website Ltd against all costs, losses damages and liabilities whatsoever arising out of or relating to any transactions made via this website.

Club Terms and Conditions:

All orders subject to availablity. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Goods supplied on a collection only basis unless otherwise specified. You acknowledge that Shalford Football Club has no liability for the safe transit of any goods shipped and has the right to offer alternative products and services in the event that items ordered are unavailable. Refunds will only be made if goods are returned to Shalford Football Club in their original condition at the purchasor's expense within 7 days of delivery and all returns will be subject to a 5% handling fee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
